How I build

Most companies I work with don’t have their processes defined yet, and requirements change once people see a working system. I plan for both.

  1. Listen

    I’m in the room, not just in the code. I meet with your team, build trust, and get the honest version of how work gets done: the spreadsheets, the copy-pasting, the “I just email it to finance.”

    1. Shape

      Most processes I meet aren’t documented. We define them together and cut the steps that only exist to move data around, like the 9-step sales flow above that became 3.

    2. Build

      In short rounds with regular check-ins, so a change of plan is cheap instead of painful. Built across Zoho and whatever it needs to connect to, and written so the next developer can follow it.
